Urdaibai fue declarada Reserva de la Biosfera por la UNESCO en 1984 y está acreditada como el primer destino turistico sostenible de Euskadi con reconocimiento internacional.
El río Oka en su desembocadura al Mar Cantábrico acoge una gran biodiversidad de fauna y flora, además de ofrecer en sus 22 municipios una muestra de cultura, historia, arquitectura, gastronomía, y tradiciones locales. Merece la pena acercarse!
